Our Vision
Mogul’s vision is to discover and advance large-scale gold–silver systems in Nevada through disciplined exploration and technical excellence.
Mogul Mountain Ventures (“Mogul”) is a Nevada-focused gold–silver exploration company advancing a district-scale opportunity in one of the world’s most prolific mining jurisdictions. The Company’s flagship asset, the 100%-owned Rays–West Dome Project, covers nearly 5,500 acres in Nevada’s Walker Lane just 12 km’ north of Tonopah – an established high-grade precious metals district with a long history of production and discovery.
Mogul’s strategy is to create shareholder value by applying modern geological models and systematic exploration to historically productive districts that remain underexplored by contemporary standards. Led by a highly experienced Nevada-based technical team and supported by proven mining finance professionals, the Company has consolidated a large, highly prospective land package and defined multiple drill-ready targets. With strong geological fundamentals and clear near-term exploration catalysts, Mogul is well positioned for discovery-driven growth.
Mogul expects to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in Q2 2026 under the symbol MOGL, providing investors with direct exposure to an emerging gold–silver exploration story in Nevada.
